Ingredients:
sweetener: mannitol; Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; corn starch; Aroma; Separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin (0.39%).

I like that you can let the tablets melt in your mouth. And they help me sleep.

At first I was skeptical about what melatonin should do. Still, I tested it. First as a spray. In terms of the dosage form, I didn't like that so much. Then I discovered the slipstages. Every evening I let 2 tablets melt in my mouth and sleep very well with it. If I can't fall asleep for a night at all, I notice that I had forgotten the melatonin tablets.
