I've been taking this spray since early autumn and, unlike before, I haven't gotten any colds/flu. Since I'm a nurse, I'm always exposed to a lot of viruses and have gotten a bad case of the flu once or twice in the winter since I've been using this spray regularly I'm fine in that regard!
