The wildly growing three-leaf plants, the basis of our triple sheet potassium organic granules, are characterized by their high potassium content: If only approx. 4 g (1 heaped teaspoon) is used for dietary supplements. Defined vegetable juice, the body receives around 300 mg of vegetable potassium. That corresponds to the amount of one kilo in the steam pressure pot cooked potatoes!
Few know that food delivered over 10 g potassium/day in the old stone time and thus contained four times the amount compared to today's food.

Unfortunately, the granules hardly dissolve at all, only a minimal amount. I tried cold and warm water. Another dosage form would probably be more ideal. I don't like eating it in yogurt.

I have known the granules for years and am thrilled because when I take prednisolone, it dehydrates the body without any side effects.

Very good - Dr. Pandalis has dedicated itself to "original" medicine - natural potassium, which the body "understands" best!!!
