Dietary Supplement
A sufficient supply of nutrients plays an important role for health, energy, and performance. This includes vitamin B12. With increasing age, vitamin B12 utilization may decline. A higher intake can contribute to adequate supply. Animal foods are a very good source of vitamin B12. Foods of plant origin normally contain only small amounts of vitamin B12.
One Doppelherz Vitamin B12 tablet contains 500 μg of vitamin B12 and therefore supports a good vitamin B12 supply even in cases of increased need or an unbalanced diet.
