I've been on a shake diet with the Wellmix Balance Vitalkost chocolate shake for almost 3 weeks and it's working quite well. Now I wanted to try another shake. The Doppelherz Shake can be mixed with low-fat milk and is nice and creamy. The taste is also quite good. However, I personally like the Wellmix shake better. It only costs half as much and the nutritional values don't differ much. Therefore only 3 stars. The price-performance ratio doesn't quite suit me
