Increased physical stress at work and in sports puts a strain on our muscles and nerves. This can result in an increased need for nutrients. Doppelherz Magnesium 500 for the night DEPOT supplies your body with 500 mg magnesium, vitamin D and B vitamins. The well-known plant substances lavender oil and lemon balm leaf extract are also included.
Lavender oil is the essential oil from the flowers of lavender. The original home of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is the eastern Mediterranean. With depot function - the nutrients are gradually released over several hours and made available to the body on a sustained basis. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system. Like magnesium, vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamins B1, B6 and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
