Field of use

Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot System tablets (pack size: 60 pc) offers a 2-phase function for fast and long-term magnesium supply. In a specially developed manufacturing process, a new type of two-shift tablet is created, which gradually releases the magnesium to the body. And this with just one tablet a day. Direct phase: The direct phase delivers 200 mg of magnesium with a Citrat share of 50 mg in combination with 2.5 mg vitamin B6 Depot phase: The depot phase delivers 200 mg magnesium together with 2.5 mg vitamin B6.

Mode of action

Doppelherz System Magnesium 400 Depot contains: 400 mg magnesium (200 mg magnesium each in direct and depot phase)

• Magnesium contributes to normal nerve and muscle function
• Makes a contribution to the energy metabolism

5 mg vitamin B6 in direct and depot phase

• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism
• Favors the absorption of magnesium in the cells

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

Recommended consumption of Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot System tablets (pack size: 60 pc): Take 1/2-1 tablet daily for a meal with sufficient liquid. With increased magnesium requirement e.g. due to heavy physical stress in conjunction with a low -magnesium diet, take 1 tablet daily. There is only an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
