dosage

Recommended consumption of Doppelherz System Magnesium 400 Citrate (pack size: 60 pc): Dissolve 1 glass of water (approx. 200 ml) once a day and drink. Taking it is recommended for an increased magnesium requirement due to physical stress (e.g. sport) if there is an unbalanced diet at the same time. If there is only a low -magnesium diet, it is recommended to dissolve and drink the content of a 1/2 portion bag in approx. 100 ml of water every day.
