It is based on sodium alginate and carbonates. Its effectiveness can be explained by a physical mechanism of action. As soon as it comes into contact with the acidic pH ratios in the stomach, sodium alginate (a natural polymer that is obtained from brown algae) forms a gel. At the same time, the carbonate carbon dioxide releases, which enables the gel to swim and a protective layer is formed that prevents the gastric's back into the esophagus as a physical barrier. Bicarbonate also helps to reduce the acidity of the stomach. Due to its special properties, the product protects the mucous membrane of the esophagus from the attack of the acids with a barrier effect. This promotes regeneration and helps prevent the risk of recurrence of reflux esophagitis. The wording, which is characterized by a specific balance between sodium alginate and carbonates, promotes the quick effect.

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 or 4 tablets after meals and before going to bed.

The tablets must be chewed thoroughly. After ingestion, water can be washed up.
