Areas of application: Treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease to reduce the symptoms associated with it, such as heartburn, heartburn during pregnancy, refluxöphagitis, acidic belching, digestive problems, cough and larynx throat inflammation. Mechanism of action: The product is based on sodium alginate and carbonates and a physical mechanism of action. As soon as it comes into contact with the acidic pH ratios in the stomach, sodium alginate (a natural polymer that is obtained from brown algae) forms a gel.
