Field of use

Doppelherz Calcium 700 + vitamin D3 tablets (pack size: 30 pc) are a dietary supplement with calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K.

Calcium is a vital mineral that z. B. contributes to receiving normal bones.

There is an increased calcium requirement, especially in the growth age, while pregnancy and breastfeeding, in women in and after menopause and in humans from the age of 45.

Vitamin D can form the body onto the skin due to the regular influence of sunlight, but this in -house production is sufficient in our latitudes - Depending on the living conditions - often not.

Since the body cannot form calcium itself, it must be absorbed sufficiently and regularly through the food. The "calcium constructor" vitamin D contributes to a normal recycling of calcium and, like vitamin K, makes a contribution to normal bone maintenance.

Recommended consumption of Doppelherz Calcium 700 + Vitamin D3 tablets (pack size: 30 pc):

Take 1 tablet daily for a meal with sufficient liquid. If necessary, the tablets can also be divided into two halves.

Hints

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet and should be kept outside the range of children. Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
Do not take further calcium -rich dietary supplements.
