Active ingredient: arnic blossom tincture.

Composition: 10 g of cream contains 2.15 g tincture from arnic blossoms (1:10), extractors: ethanol 70 % (v/v).

Other ingredients:
Cleaned water, emulsifying cetylstearl alcohol type A (Ph.), Cetylstearyl alcohol (Ph.), Medium-chain triglycerides, Octyldodecanol (Ph. EUR), Glycerolmonostetarat 40-55, Dimeticon 500 CST, Trometamol, Carbomer 980, rosemary oil, zinc oxide, Alpha-tocopherol, chlorophyll-copper complex (E141).

Application areas:
For external use in the event of injury and accident consequences, e.g. B. bruises (hematoma), sprains (distortions), bruises, bruises.

Contraindies:
Do not apply in the event of hypersensitivity to preparations from Arnica or other basket blooms, such as chrysanthemums or yarrow or one of the other components of the medicine (e.g. cetyl stearl alcohol, rosemary oil), on damaged skin (e.g. injuries, burns, eczema) during pregnancy.

Side effects:

Application recommendation of Doc Arnika Creme (pack size: 100 g):

Wear 2-3 times if necessaryh A 3 cm large cream rank per 10x10 cm large area and massage the doc arnika cream (pack size: 100 g) . The cream should not be used on the face and the contact with the eyes should be avoided. The drug should not be applied in the area of mucous membranes and should not be applied to open wounds. Note: After using the ointment, the hands should be cleaned thoroughly.
If the symptoms do not improve or return within 3-4 days or with all unclear complaints, e.g. severe pain, swelling, redness, overheating and fever, a doctor must definitely be consulted.

I like to use this ointment for mild tension, bruises or joint pain, it really helps and in a gentle way. However, for larger injuries or pain, it is not entirely sufficient.
