I agree with the previous speaker: The pain plaster helps very well with back pain, even sometimes for my tension neck pain, but you actually have to stick it on the sides with plaster or tape because it comes off at the edges when you move. But then it holds up very well. I used to halve it for my sore shoulders, but the effect wasn't that good, as it was only half the amount of active ingredient. In any case, I now always have several plasters in the house because I always have pain somewhere (fibromyalgia) and because I sometimes bump or bruise myself. And I always have a pack with me when I'm on holiday. It would also be important to mention that, strangely enough, the plasters from this brand help me, and the plasters with the red packaging don't. Even though it has the same active ingredient. (Maybe it's because of the menthol, which is still contained here?!)

I used the plaster on my back and neck. It works well and is very soft and cuddly. Unfortunately you have to fix it on the sides with a little sports tape or something similar if you move around a lot. One advantage of the plaster is that it can be cut or halved. It helps me a lot and I'm happy with it.
