Dicloratiopharm® pain gel
Active ingredient: diclofenac sodium.
Application areas:
For adult: for external symptomatic treatment of pain, inflammation and swelling: rheumatic diseases of the soft tissues (tendon and tendonal inflammation, bursitis, shoulder-arm syndrome, inflammation in the muscle and capsule area), degenerative diseases of the extremities and in the area of the Spine, sports and accident injuries (sprains, bruises, strains). Area of application for young people over 14 years: for short -term treatment. For local, symptomatic treatment of pain in acute bruises, strains or sprains due to a blunt trauma.
Warning: Gel contains (3-SN phosphatidyl) choline (soy), soybean oil.

Contradictions
In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients mentioned above, the product should not be used.
Do not use the product on open injuries, inflammation or infections of the skin, as well as on eczema or mucous membranes. Also, the product should not be used in children and adolescents (not sufficient experience), pregnant women and during breastfeeding without medical consultation.

Apply a thin, approx. 10-12 cm long gel strand of Dicloratiopharm Pain gel (pack size: 50 g) to the painful area. This corresponds to a daily dose of 3 g gel (30 mg diclofenac sodium). The maximum daily dose is 9 g gel (90 mg diclofenac sodium).
The active ingredient absorption is increased by slight rubbing and even massage and Dicloratiopharm Pain gel (pack size: 50 g) moves faster.
Ontake
- The pain gel is only intended for use on the skin. Do not take!
- It is applied thinly to the affected parts of the body and slightly rubbed.
- Before creating an association, it should dry up on the skin for a few minutes. The application of an airtight association (occlusal association) is advised.
- The pain gel can also be used as accompanying therapy together with other diclofenac-containing dosage forms.

- Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using the pain gel.
- If the pain gel is applied extensively to the skin and applied over a longer period of time, the occurrence of side effects that affect a certain organ system or the entire organism cannot be ruled out. These side effects are comparable to those that may occur when taking diclofen -based medicines.
- If you suffer from asthma, hay fever, nasal mucosal swelling (nasal polyps) or chronic, the respiratory tract (obstructive) respiratory diseases or chronic respiratory infections (particularly coupled with hay-butt-like phenomena) and are hypersensitive to pain and rheumatism, they are more likely to be used by asthma attacks (Analgetics intolerance/analgesic asthma), local skin and mucosal swelling (quincke-edema) or hives (urticaria) at risk than other patients. In this case, you may only use the pain gel under certain precautionary measures and direct medical control.

- If a rash occurs during the treatment, end the treatment.
- The pain gel should only be applied to intact skin areas, not on skin wounds or open injuries. Eyes and mucous membranes should not come into contact with the preparation.
- It should be ensured that children with their hands do not come into contact with the skin areas grated with the medicine.
- Wateriness and ability to operate machines
- No effects on the reaction capacity are to be expected in the application.
Pregnancy
- If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this drug.
