Field of use

Diaverde 100 mg hard capsules (pack size: 10 pc) is an effective means of treating acute diarrhea (diarrhea) in adults over 18, unless diarrhea can be treated. Diaverde 100 mg hard capsules (pack size: 10 pc) can be taken in addition to the causal therapy.

Mode of action

The active ingredient racecadotril contained in Diaverde 100 mg hard capsules (pack size: 10 pc) is used. Racecadotril leads to reducing the release of water, the chair thickens and the diarrhea decreases.

Other components: Lactose-monohydrate, pre-clerk starch (corn), high-disperse silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (ph.eur.) (Vegetable). The capsule cover contains gelantine, titanium dioxide (E171) iron (III) hydroxide oxide x H20 (E172) and black ink (SW-9008). The black ink (SW-9008) contains shellac, ethanol, 2-propanol, butan-1-ol, propylene glycol, concentrated ammonia solution, iron (II, III) oxide (E172), potassium hydroxide and cleaned water.
Contains lactose.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

In addition, the medicine must not be taken:
- of infants, children and adolescents

- in chronic diarrhea

Occasionally, 100 mg hard capsules (pack size: 10 pc) skin irritation have been reported when taking Diaverde. If you observe heavy skin reactions, the treatment must be ended immediately.

dosage

On the 1st day of treatment 2 capsules at once regardless of the time of day, take 1 capsule before the other main meals. (Total max. 4 capsules)

From the second day of treatment, 1 capsule each 3 times a day before the main meals. Continue the treatment as long as the chair is unformed. The treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Taking

The hard capsules should be taken 3 times a day with a glass of water in front of the main meals.
