Dietary supplement with cinnamon extract from Cassia cinnamon bark

The extent of the nutritional effect of cinnamon in general is viewed very differently by nutritionists. It has been established in various nutritional studies and publications that regular consumption of cassia cinnamon (Chinese cinnamon) can have a beneficial effect on sugar metabolism. With the help of a gentle, standardized process, the bark of the cassia cinnamon tree is used to produce the aqueous special extract TC 112, which is contained in Diatruw cinnamon extract capsules with consistent quality.

The special extract TC 112 has the advantage that the essential oils from the cinnamon powder, which can trigger allergies and gastrointestinal problems, are removed. The aqueous extraction of cassia cinnamon also largely removes the naturally occurring coumarin, so that the special extract TC 112 is classified as unproblematic with regard to coumarin. That is why it is easily digestible even when consumed over a long period of time.
