I use the tape to stabilize my knee joints during sports and am now a big fan. It is very easy to apply and the hold is simply unbeatable despite the movement. Nevertheless, it is not constricting or uncomfortable on the skin. Taking it off doesn't hurt either. A really good product.

i can no longer imagine sports without it. It stabilizes very well and feels pleasant. Nevertheless, you can still pursue your sport as usual and there are no restrictions at all.
