Vitamin K activates so-called messenger substances that ensure that calcium is absorbed into the bones. Vitamin K and vitamin D are important partners for healthy bones, because calcium utilization is disrupted without sufficient vitamin K.

Vitamin K1 or vitamin K2?
Vitamin K1 and K2 are the most important representatives of the K vitamins. The “K” stands for coagulation, i.e. blood clotting.
Vitamin K1 is responsible for blood clotting, which means it ensures that blood flow functions normally. Poor blood clotting can lead to excessive bleeding from even small wounds, while excessive blood clotting makes the blood thicker and more prone to lumps, known as blood clots.

Vitamin K2 also activates blood clotting, but also has a higher bioavailability and is therefore also referred to as the "more active" form of the two vitamin K variants.

3 Drops a day are enough for me - the effect can be noticed very quickly: cheered mood, desire to exercise, less fatigue or dullness in winter. However, the price could be more affordable.
