Vitamin D
The fat-soluble vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Furthermore, it contributes to a normal calcium level in the blood. It supports the normal function of the immune system and has a role in cell division. In addition, vitamin D contributes to the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus from food.

The equally fat-soluble vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and it also contributes to normal blood clotting.

Vitamin D is indispensable for the human organism. It is hardly absorbed from food, but the body forms it itself in the skin with the help of the UV-B rays contained in sunlight. In the winter months, however, the sun vitamin D in northern and central European areas can be obtained almost exclusively through food, since there are not enough UV-B rays in daylight for the body to produce the vitamin. In winter, fatty fish such as herring, eel and salmon as well as avocado and eggs are good sources of vitamin D.

The relatively unknown, fat-soluble vitamin K is one of the essential vitamins. Vitamin K comes in two forms: vitamin K1, obtained from green plants such as kale, parsley, lamb's lettuce or chives, and vitamin K2, obtained from animal sources or fermented products such as sauerkraut or natto. Menaquinone MK7 alltrans is now considered a form of vitamin K2 that is good for the organism.

Avitale D3+K2 2000 IU + 100μg tablets are gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, yeast-free and are made without colorings.

Ingredients: Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone MK7 alltrans microencapsulated), bulking agent: calcium carbonate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), release agent: tricalcium phosphate and magnesium salts of fatty acids

Please store in a dry place and protect from heat

Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 tablet daily with a large glass of water during a meal.

Tip: Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble and are better absorbed by the body with meals containing fat.

Important instructions:
Please do not take if you have hypercalcaemia (increased calcium concentration in the blood) and/or hypercalciuria (increased calcium concentration in the urine). If you are taking coumarin-type anticoagulants, please consult a doctor before taking them.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Please keep out of the reach of small children.

Die Mikrotabletten sind sehr gut zum Einnehmen. Für mich besser als Tropfen, weil besser bzw. eindeutiger dosierbar. Stimmiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr gutes Verhältnis von D3 / K2. Hohe D3-Qualität: MK7 alltrans mikroverkapselt. Enthält vergleichsweise wenig Füll- und Trennstoffe.

Thanks to these tablets, my vitamin D3 level was increased again. I deliberately chose this combination with K2. After a few days, my fatigue and energy had noticeably restored.
