Cutimed^® Hydro is an assortment of sterile, latex -free, self -adhesive hydrocolloid associations that create a moist wound milieu and thus promote healing. Hydrocolloids absorb the exudate and form a stable gel that adapts to the wound. Due to the vertical absorption of the exudate, the wound edges are kept dry and maceration risks are reduced. The thin cutimed^® Hydro L consists of a wound contact layer made of hydrocolloids with a top of a semi -perpetrating polyurethane film.
