Toothpaste Perio Plus+ Support with CHX 0.09% and CITROX®/P complex
• Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.09% for proven chemical bacterial control
• CITROX/P complex: natural bitter orange extract and the amino acid polylysine to support the long-term effect
• Sodium fluoride to prevent tooth decay
• Hyaluronic acid to accelerate regeneration
• Xylitol for pleasant sweetness, protection against tooth decay and strong teeth
• PVP-VA for extra strong protective film on mucosa and teeth
• To ensure the long-term effect without sodium lauryl sulfate (sodium lauryl sulfate, SLS)

CHX plus nature
Dentistry has been prescribing chlorhexidine for almost seventy years, and for good reason: it works. In addition to CHX digluconate, Perio Plus+ contains natural bioflavonoids extracted from bitter orange (Citrus aurantium amara): CITROX.
The ideal combination
The bioflavonoids from CITROX themselves have an antibacterial effect. And in combination with CHX, CITROX even supports the antibacterial effect of CHX. With CITROX and CHX digluconate, Perio Plus+ has the best conditions for good success.
This is the CITROX/P complex
CITROX comes directly from nature: It is a natural bioflavonoid extract from bitter orange (Citrus aurantium amara) and is strong against bacteria. So that it is good for a long-term effect on teeth, gums and mucous membrane of the mouth, it is combined with the likewise natural amino acid polylysine: to form the CITROX/P complex.
Good taste, no irritation
Perio Plus+ tastes good: thanks to CITROX and the taste developed by Givaudan's aroma professionals. In addition: Perio Plus+ does not irritate the sense of taste: It doesn't matter whether it's orange juice or pizza, everything tastes how it should taste.
Tips against discoloration
Avoid tobacco, coffee, black and green tea, red wine, berries, curry, saffron during therapy. This keeps discolouration to a minimum. Clean well with the toothbrush, use you possibly a whitening toothpaste like our «Black Is White» or BE YOU. The discolouration can be easily removed by dental professionals.
hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is particularly recommended after dental procedures: it regulates moisture and can promote cell growth and regeneration. This Perio Plus+ product contains therefore hyaluronic acid.
Caution
Only use Perio Plus+ or other CHX rinses if recommended by your dentist. Normally you do not need this product, toothbrushes and interdental brushes are sufficient. Follow for use the instructions of your dental professional.
