After taking a lot of chemicals (antibiotics, etc.) my legs always cramped before I fell asleep and magnesium didn't seem to help much. The chemicals made my body completely acidic and there was no substantial deficiency, but rather a problem with the incorporation of magnesium into the muscles. Copper = Cuprum solved the problem from one day to the next and I was able to sleep again! A miracle for me after weeks of torture.
