Coenzyme Q10 Gph 30 mg capsules (pack size: 60 pieces) are a dietary supplement containing 30 mg of coenzyme Q-10 in a hard gelatin capsule. Coenzyme Q-10 or ubiquinone is a vitamin-like substance. Some of it is absorbed through food. Its importance is underlined by the fact that it is the only fat-soluble antioxidant that the body can produce itself. However, this ability steadily declines after the age of 40.
