Field of use

Coenzyme Q10 Gph 100 mg capsules (pack size: 60 pieces) is a dietary supplement with coenzyme Q-10.
Incorrect nutrition and disruptions in the body's own Q-10 synthesis can lead to a deficiency of coenzyme Q-10. From the age of 40 onwards, the body's own Q-10 production also decreases. In these cases, a daily intake of Coenzyme Q-10 can be a useful supplement to the diet.

Mode of action

Coenzyme Q-10, also known as ubiquinone, is a naturally occurring fat-soluble vitamin-like antioxidant. Coenzyme Q-10 is vital for us humans and is partly produced by the body itself. However, most of the Coenzyme Q-10 present in the body comes from food. Q-10 contributes to normal cognitive function and normal energy metabolism. It also protects DNA, lipids and proteins from oxidative stress and supports normal blood pressure.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Recommended consumption of Coenzyme Q10 Gph 100 mg capsules (pack size: 60 pieces):
Adults take 1x1 capsule daily.
It should preferably be taken in the evening with a meal with sufficient liquid.
