Field of use

Chlorhexidindigluconate solution 2% concentrate (pack size: 50 ml) belongs to the group of oral cavity anti-septics. It is used for temporary reduction in germ in the mouth, to support the healing phase after periodontal surgical interventions, as temporary support for mechanical cleaning in bacterial inflammation of gums (gingivitis) and oral mucosa and with impaired oral hygiene capacity.

2 g chlorhexidine Digluconat
11.26 mg chlorhexidine
Water, cleaned auxiliary material (+)
Aroma fabrics, natural and natural identical auxiliary substances (+)

Contradictions

The medicine must not be used if they are hypersensitive to the effective component or one of the other components of the solution.

dosage

Application recommendation of Chlorhexidindigluconate solution 2% concentrate (pack size: 50 ml):

Use Chlorhexidindigluconate solution 2% concentrate (pack size: 50 ml) 3 times a day after meals and brushing your teeth. Dilute 20 drops (1 ml) solution with 9 ml of water (0.2%) and rinse for 1 minute.

In the case of lighter inflammation, a 0.1% solution is sufficient (dilute 20 drops with 19 ml of water).

Taking

• Rinse for 1 minute after the meals and brushing your teeth. Application in the oral cavity.
• Do not rinse with water.
• The solution should not be swallowed, but accidental swallowing is harmless.
• The solution pcs also suitable as an encore in oral shower equipment.

Patient information

Special care in the application is required:

In the event of changes in the oral mucosa, which was caused by the oozing abduction (erosive desquamative changes), in the event of wounds and ulcers of the oral mucosa (ulcerations).

The solution must not accidentally be applied to the eye, on the ear canal or with poorly supplied tissue. Wateriness and operating machines: no special precautionary measures are required.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: There are no sufficient experiences or studies on the safety of the use of chlorhexidine, the active ingredient of the drug, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Therefore, the medicine should be used with special caution.
