Application notes
The total dose should not be exceeded without
consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
Type of application?
Apply the medicine to the oral mucosa.
Or: apply the medicine to the gums.
Use your clean finger or clean cotton swab.
Or: apply the medicine to your teeth. To do this, put it on the toothbrush and brush your teeth for at least 1 minute.
Then spit out the medicine and avoid swallowing. Immediately before application, you should brush your teeth and rinse thoroughly to avoid discoloration of the teeth.
Duration of the application?
Without medical advice, you should not apply the medicine for more than 4 weeks.
Overdose?
If the medicine is used as described, no overdose symptoms are known. If in doubt, contact your doctor.
In general, pay attention to a conscientious dosage especially in infants, toddlers and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

Mode of action
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?The active ingredient kills various bacteria by destroying the cell wall of the microorganisms. In this way he keeps the skin and mucous membrane -free, so disinfects. However, the effect after continuous use allows.

Contradictions
What speaks against an application?Always:
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Bad blood circulation of gums and oral mucosa
Under certain circumstances - speak to your doctor or pharmacist:
- Ulcers of the oral mucosa
- Wounds in the oral mucosa, both depth and rather superficial (scaly) wounds
The drug must not be brought into the eye, the eye environment or the ear canal.
Which age group must be observed?
- Children under the age of 6: The drug must not be used.
- Children under the age of 12: The medicine may only be used after consultation with a doctor or under medical check.
What about pregnancy and lactation?
- Pregnancy: Contact your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.
- Still -time: Contact your doctor or pharmacist. He will check your special starting position and advise you accordingly whether and how you can continue with breastfeeding.
If the medicine has been prescribed to you despite a counter -notification, speak to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit can be higher than the risk of using the application.
Side effects
What adverse effects may occur?- Taste disorders

What should you consider?- Beware of allergy against chlorhexidine!
- Solving investigators (e.g. poly (oxyethylene) -ratinus oils) can cause stomach upset and diarrhea.
