Active ingredient: Cetirizindihydrochloride.

I have been taking Cetirizin Hexal for years as I have previously had 7 anaphylactic shocks. I have always tolerated it very well and have not had any side effects, even when taking various other medications at the same time. Furthermore, like many other antihistamines, it does not make you tired. Since I am very satisfied, I will definitely continue to use this medication and can recommend it without reservation.
