- chronic hives with complaints like itching
- Neurodermatitis with complaints such as reddening of the skin
- allergic runny nose
- Hay fever

Mode of action
The active ingredient Cetirizin contained in Cetirizin ADGC (pack size: 50 pc) is an antihistamine. If there is an allergic reaction, the body exposes signal substances, including the tissue hormone histamine. This triggers various reactions: redness, tearful eyes, itching and swelling. Cetirizin ADGC (pack size: 50 pc) blocks the binding sites for histamine and thus contributes to a relief of the allergic symptoms.

Contradictions
In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients, this product should not be used in children under 2 years and serious kidney diseases.
A doctor should be consulted for use during pregnancy and lactation.
dosage
Application recommendation of Cetirizin ADGC (pack size: 50 pc):
- Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 take a tablet of Cetirizin ADGC (package size: 50 pc) with a little liquid in the evening.
- Children from 2 to 12 years receive a dosage adapted to body weight:
Body weight below 30 kg - ½ film -coated tablet daily
Köperweight over 30 kg - 1 film -coated tablet daily
Taking
The film -coated tablet should preferably be taken with liquid in the evening. In the supportive treatment of asthmoid conditions of allergic origin with 2 film -coated tablets daily, a tablet in the morning and one in the evening should be taken.
Patient information
Patients with restricted kidney function (renal failure) should take half the prescribed dose. Children from 2 years receive a dosage adapted to body weight. Wateriness and operating machines: In comparative clinical studies, there was no indication of impairment of attention, reaction and driving characteristics after taking it in the recommended dose. Differences to an active ingredient -free preparation (placebo) could not be determined. However, we recommend patients who drive the car without a safe hold or operate machines, not to exceed the specified dosage and to wait for the individual response to the medication. Medicines are inaccessible to children!
Pregnancy
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking all drugs. Safe application in pregnancy is not guaranteed. The use of Cetirizin is therefore not recommended. During breastfeeding, you must not take Cetirizin because the active ingredient merges into breast milk.

- Even if studies show that the effect of alcohol is not reinforced, Cetirizin should not be taken together with alcohol. - Patients who drive a car without a safe hold or operate machines is recommended not to exceed the specified dose and to wait for the individual response to the medication.
