Dietary supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium

Vitamin D and magnesium support the maintenance of normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, the maintenance of normal bones. In addition, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.

Consumption recommendation:
Adults take 1 capsule every other day, adolescents from the age of 13 take 1 capsule every fourth day and children from the age of 7 take 1 capsule a week whole with sufficient liquid (water) with a meal.
