1 Capsule contains: 4,000 IU corresponding to 100 μg vitamin D3, 200 μg vitamin K2, 310 mg magnesium.

Consumption recommendation:
Adults take 1 capsule every other day, adolescents from the age of 13 take 1 capsule every fourth day and children from the age of 7 take 1 capsule a week whole with sufficient liquid (water) with a meal.
