Dietary supplement with 50 μg selenium.

Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system and thyroid and is important for protecting cells from oxidative damage, maintaining normal hair and nails and normal sperm formation.

1 Tablet contains: 50 μg selenium.

Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 tablet daily whole with some liquid (e.g. water).

Concomitant consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided as this can impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. A time-staggered consumption (at least one hour), however, no longer has any influence.
