Cefanight® melting tabs
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect occurs when You take 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective jet lag sensation. The positive effect comes when you first day of travel and on the first days after arrival at the destination shortly before going to bed at least Take 0.5 mg of melatonin.
Consumption recommendation adults:
Dissolve an orodispersible tablet in your mouth just before bedtime.
Ingredients:
Bulking agents mannitol/microcrystalline cellulose, solidifying agent polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, bulking agent xylitol, Release agent calcium phosphate, natural flavor, release agent fatty acids, melatonin. 100% vegan. Gluten free. Without the addition of: allergens, colorings, fructose, gelatine, yeast, lactose.
