Was recommended to me by a naturopath. I take it regularly and it tastes very tasty. The bags are easy to take. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me with digestion.

I discovered Caricol as a substitute for sweets. I like it very, very well (even better than fresh papaya) and the sachets mean I can enjoy it on the go. I usually take 1 sachet per day, rarely 2. My digestion has been completely problem-free since then, but I only noticed this after a while.

For the first 3-4 days I took a portion in the morning and evening after the main meal. After that, I take a portion for the day every morning after breakfast. My gut feeling or the feeling in my intestines has become much better and more pleasant. Before, I felt like I had a lot of problems with bowel movements, which stayed in the intestines for a very long time, which caused big problems. I'm glad I found this product. And for anyone who wants to try it, I can only say it's worth it.
