The enzyme tablets help me very well with nerve inflammation or sprains after sports injuries. And best of all, they are of plant origin.

I have been using this bromelain from Ursapharm for a very long time and it fully serves its purpose. I am disappointed with the shipping here and the response from customer service. The product must be shipped refrigerated to prevent the breakdown of enzymes that render the product ineffective. Unfortunately, my shipment of over 600 pieces was only sent with a small cool pack and by DHL as standard. The product was not refrigerated as is usual with other shippers! The customer service then said, after consulting a pharmacist: "That's fine. It's not that warm at the moment and it'll be fine for a few days." No, that doesn't work!

Bromelain is a great help for me against my back pain. Well tolerated. I often have stomach problems with other similar medications.
