I bought this product for my mother because she has very sensitive/thin skin and currently has to change the plasters on a stitched wound frequently. Before I wanted to give her the plaster removal spray, I of course tested it myself with 2 different plasters. The result was sobering: tested with a permeable “sensitive plaster” and a “normal plaster”. Surprisingly, the normal plaster came off very easily after spraying - BUT: all the adhesive was no longer on the plaster but still on the skin! (Such an effect can also be achieved with a normal baby oil, which is much cheaper) - when the skin is subsequently treated with the spray, the adhesive comes off quite well - after this, according to the instructions for use, only "if the skin is intact "Skin" can be used, it is rather unsuitable for treatment in the area of a wound. Several sterile swabs had to be used to remove the adhesive, as the smallest adhesive residues immediately stuck somewhere else where the swabs reached - spraying the surrounding area is not recommended, as the spray sprays over a fairly large area, including the wound would wet. The spray had no effect at all on the sensitive plaster - even after repeated use, the plaster came off the skin equally badly at both ends (treated/untreated). Conclusion: no purchase recommendation!
