Field of use

With strong cold symptoms

As the first high -dose cold product with 400 mg ibuprofen and 60 mg pseudo -phedrinhydrochloride alleviate boxagrippal® forte cold tablets effectively symptoms of a strong cold or flu, such as cold, sore throat, headache and body pain. In addition, they also combat the inflammation in the body, through which unpleasant cold symptoms are triggered or even worsened. The proven combination of active ingredients from ibuprofen and pseudoephedrinhydrochloride also lowers fever and frees the sinuses. Breathing through your nose is easier again. How do I avoid infecting other people with my cold?

Thanks to the high-dose combination of the proven active ingredients ibuprofen (400 mg) and pseudoephedrin hydrochloride (60 mg), unpleasant cold and flu symptoms can be relieved and inflammation in the body can be fought specifically. Ibuprofen has a pain -relieving, anti -inflammatory effect and lowers the fever. The ingredient is considered more stomach -friendly compared to acetylsalicylic acid (ASS) 1) and is more anti -inflammatory than paracetamol 2). Pseudoephedrinhydrochloride also looks like a "nasal spray from the inside": it fights the clogged nose and sinusitis. The mucous membranes in the nose and sinuses swell and the inflammatory secretion can thus drain freely.

Application recommendation of Boxagrippal Forte cold tablets 400 mg/60 mg (pack size: 12 pc):

Boxagrippal® Forte cold tablets are suitable for use in adults and adolescents aged 15 and over. They are easy to swallow and practical for on the go. In the case of cold symptoms and flu infections, 1 film-coated tablet Unzukaut can be taken up to 3 times a day with a glass of water, preferably with meals. The daily maximum dose of 3 tablets must not be exceeded.
Boxagrippal® Forte cold tablets should not be taken for more than 5 days without medical advice.

Taking

• Warnings and Precautions
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine,
    • if you suffer from asthma - taking this medicine can trigger a asthma attack;
    • if you have or have diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (such as diaphragm [Hiatushernie], gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach or duodenum ulcers);
    • if you have a heart disease, including heart failure (heart failure) and angina (chest pain), or a heart attack, a bypass operation, a peripheral arterial disease (circulatory disorders in the legs or feet due to narrowed or locked arteries) or any type of stroke (including Mini stroke or transitory ischemic attack, "tia").
    • if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol or heart diseases or strokes in your family history or when you are smokers.
    • if you suffer from a thyroid overactive (hyperthyroidism);

    • if you have an infection - see below under "infections".
  • Anti -inflammatory agents/painkillers such as ibuprofen can go hand in hand with a slightly increased risk of heart attack or stroke, especially when using in high doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.
  • Skin reactions
    • Serious skin reactions were reported in connection with the treatment with the medicine. If the rash occurs, lesions of the mucous membranes, bubbles or other signs of an allergy should be adjusted to treatment with the preparation and immediately go into medical treatment, as this can be the first signs of a very serious skin reaction.     • When taking these tablets, sudden abdominal pain or bleeding can occur in the rectum as a result of inflammation of the colon (ischemic colitis).
    • If these gastrointestinal complaints occur with you, end the intake and see your doctor immediately or go to medical treatment immediately. See category "side effects".
  • Infections
    • The medicine can cover signs of infections such as fever and pain. Therefore, it is possible that the preparation will delay adequate treatment of the infection, which can lead to an increased risk of complications. This was observed in bacterial pneumonia and bacterial skin infections in connection with chickenpox. If you take this medicine during an infection and stop or worsen your symptoms of infection or worsen, consult a doctor immediately.

Pregnancy
