I started taking Bonolat after an operation on my intestines. The taste takes some getting used to, but it provides you with important nutrients. Which was important for me because I had absolutely no desire to eat after the operation. I always mix Bonolat into my smoothies. In the mixer you don't have a problem with it possibly not dissolving properly.
