Ingredients:
pure flower pollen (32 %), soybean oil refined, gelatin*(beef), moisture retention: glycerin*, glycerin and sorbit*, cleaned water*, soyalecithin, calcium carbonate, ascorbic acid, beeswax, fluid: silicon dioxide.

Recommended consumption:
3 Capsules daily
1 Capsule contains: 500 mg flower pollen opened and 20 mg vitamin C.
3 Capsules contain 1500 mg flower pollen open -minded and 60 mg vitamin C**.
