I tried the ointment because I had been dealing with an annoying heel spur for a long time - and this ointment was recommended to me. Overall, I had good experiences with the ointment. I applied it to the area in question and then covered it with cling film and then with a bandage, as the ointment is very staining. My experience with the ointment was positive. I can't say whether it ultimately helped with the heel spur on its own - but from today's perspective I can say that I got rid of my heel spur.
