High dose: For a rapid emptying of the intestine in approx. 2 to 4 hours you can take 20-30&NBSP; g (1-2 tablespoon) powder in 500 ml of water.

The laxative effect usually occurs after 8 to 10 hours.

How does the ingredient of the medicine work?

Magnesium is a mineral for our body, it is absorbed in the form of its salts from food. Magnesium plays an important role in the preservation of the functionality of muscle and nerve cells and is involved in numerous metabolic processes. A magnesium deficiency can lead to muscle cramps, especially in the calves, and concentration disorders. The heart muscle is also supported by magnesium in its function.
