In our biotin complex we combine highly bioactive D-biotin with the important trace elements Selenium and zinc for maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails. Biotin also provides a cofactor in the build-up and breakdown of protein structures. Through the storage of sulfur-containing amino acids in the hair root cells as well as in the nail-forming cells, it promotes the proportion of stability-relevant keratin matrix proteins.
