i've been taking biotin regularly for a long time because it makes my skin so much better. Unfortunately, even in my mid-20s, I still have severe blemishes and pimples on my face from time to time. Now I wanted to try the combination with zinc and selenium and I'm already pleasantly surprised. My nails, which are actually somewhat brittle, no longer seem so vulnerable and my hair feels better. Let's see if this lasts in the long term. However, I think the price is a bit high. I've seen cheaper, comparable product offerings.

I have tried many biotin products as well as zinc + selenium products for my skin, hair & and nails. Since this product has everything in one, is quite cheap and lasts all year round, it piqued my interest. When I arrived, I was really surprised by the size because the container and, logically, the tablets are very small, which I think is a good thing because I have problems with larger capsules and tablets. So I'm completely satisfied :-)
