The use of the ear candles leads to an intense feeling of pleasant warmth and a pressure compensation in the ear, forehead and sinus area perceived as "liberating.

The ear candle is used when lying down. It is lit on the side that is opposite the Red Ring and placed on the outer ear canal. Burned up to approx. 1 cm in front of the red ring.

Both ears are always treated with one ear candle one after the other.
