Field of use

Biolectra Immune Direct pellets (package size: 20 pc) are a dietary supplement with sweeteners and orange flavor, direct granulate with 10 mg zinc, 50 mg histidine, 50 μg selenium and 20 μg (800 I.E.) Vitamin D3.

With the help of the latest manufacturing processes, Hermes has managed to develop a special dosage form. The micro pellets are already dissolving in the mouth and can be easily swallowed. A stick Biolectra Immune Direct contains 10 mg zinc, 50 mg histidine, 50 μg selenium and 20 μg (800 I. E.) Vitamin D3. Mode of action

Zinc - for the immune system
Zinc is an essential trace element and has numerous functions in the body. It is part of over 300 enzymes and is required, for example, for the formation of special immune cells.

Selenium - to protect the cells from oxidative stress
Selen is an essential trace element like zinc. It cannot be formed by the body and must be supplied with food. Selenous enzymes are in every cell of the body. Particularly noteworthy is selenium as a co -factor of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase. This antioxidant enzyme captures the cells damaging the cells. Selen is thus helping to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 is a fat -soluble vitamin that is not only important for normal muscle activity and maintaining healthy bones.
It also regulates the activity of many immune cells and thus contributes to a normal function of the body's defense system.

How much zinc, selenium and vitamin D3 do you need?
The German Society for Nutrition (DGE) recommends a daily intake for adults of 20 µ g (800 I. E.) vitamin D3, of 10 mg zinc and 70 µ g selenium for men as well as 7 mg zinc and 60 µ g selenium for women. The best zinc and selenium sources are animal products such as meat and dairy products, but whole grain cereals also provide zinc and selenium.

Vitamin D3 can be used both through food as well as the body, with the help of sunlight. A prerequisite for self -production is sufficient solar intensity.
