Biatain® AG Non-adhering is a soft, adaptable foam association with silver, which has been proven to contribute to the faster healing of infected wounds (1.2).

Unique 3D foam structure for excellent absorption
In contact with woundx studate, the unique 3D foam structure from Biatain® AG does not cured to the wound base and thus ensures excellent absorption-also with compression (5).

Designed to prevent infections
The persistent silver release profile ensures a homogeneous distribution of silver ions and offers a persistent antibacterial effect during the entire stretcher (up to 7 days) (6).

Patented silver complex with a wide antibacterial spectrum
In independent studies, it was demonstrated that Biatain® AG is effective against bacteria that can be found in infected non -healing wounds (3.4). Clinical studies have shown that infected wounds with Biatain® AG heal faster than with other wound associations, including other antibacterial associations (1.2: 7).

Continuous antibacterial effects during the entire stretcher period
Due to the persistent silver freedom profile, there is a persistent antibacterial effect during the entire stretch time (up to 7 days) (6).

Mode of action
In the presence of woundx studate, silver is continuously released for up to 7 days (6).

Composition
Biatain® AG Non-adhering is a soft, flexible, absorbent polyurethane foam association with a patented silver complex that is homogeneous throughout the foam association.

Use
Biatain® AG Non-adhering can be used in a wide range of exuding wounds with delayed healing due to bacteria or wounds with infection risk, especially with ulcus cruris, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot syndrome, second degree burns, split tie, postoperative wounds and skin abrasions. Biatain® AG Non-adhering can also be used under compression therapy.
