Berlina Turmeric Shot
The Berlina Turmeric Shot contains everything that is needed to unfold its full power. Well-rounded in taste, the Ayurvedic recipe was built around the effects of turmeric. The ingredients complement and support each other in their effect. The very special Tellycherry pepper used in the turmeric shot should not be missing. It rounds off the effect of the turmeric and gives the turmeric shot a very special quality and variety of taste.
Turmeric
The superfood drink root turmeric is also called turmeric or Indian saffron. The turmeric plant comes from India and Southeast Asia. There it has been revered as a sacred plant for 5,000 years. It is just as long in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and in Ayurveda, the Indian medicine. In Europe it was first known as a kitchen herb. For about 50 years, the medical healing effects of turmeric have also been studied here.
Ginger

Lemon
The lemon juice tastes sour, but has a basic effect according to the acid-base model. The sour-tasting fruit acids are quickly broken down in the body into carbon dioxide and water, leaving basic minerals. Lemon juice has many requirements of a basic or base-forming food.
Tellicherry Pepper
Tellicherry pepper is considered one of the best peppercorns in the world. It comes from the classic black pepper and differs in size. Only about 10% of the selection can be described as Tellicherry pepper.
Application:
Shake the Berlina Turmeric Shot well before use! Once opened, sealed and refrigerated, it can be kept for at least 2 days.
Ingredients: Apple Juice (60%), Water, Ginger Juice (13%), Lemon Juice (7%), Turmeric Extract (2.2%), Tellicherry Pepper (0.13%), Black Pepper (0.13%), Preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
