Benzacare Power Patches reduce pimples and redness with the powerful combination of salicylic acid, Centella asiatica, and willowherb extract. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that helps loosen dead skin cells, allowing oil to drain more easily and unclogging pores.

Centella asiatica, often abbreviated to CICA in Korean cosmetics, has primarily anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effects and is therefore often used in skin-soothing creams. It visibly reduces the redness of pimples.

Willowherb also has anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing properties, making it ideal for irritated, spotty skin. Additionally, the pimple patches protect the pimple from contact with hands, dirt, and impurities, and from squeezing.
