Yarrow provides a powerful, antispasmodic effect for menstrual cramps.

Every month, it affects almost every woman and girl between 12 and 40 years of age: Their period is clearly approaching. A tightening sensation in the back, mild abdominal cramps, and an inexplicable fatigue grip the body – to name just the most common symptoms. Gentle relief from mild to moderate symptoms can be achieved, for example, through warm, relaxing baths and antispasmodic medicinal herbs from traditional monastic medicine, such as yarrow.
