dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly according to the doctor's instructions. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults and adolescents is over 12 years:
  • To treat nervous sleep disorders, an excessive tablet 1/2 to 1 hour before going to bed. If necessary, you can also take an excessive tablet earlier in the course of the evening.
• The single dose corresponds to 50 to 75% of 2 to 3 g valerian root and 50 to 75% of 0.5 g hop panel.
