The Avène Hydrance UV-LIGHT moisturizing emulsion is a long-lasting and light moisturizing care with SPF 30, which is particularly suitable for dehydrated, sensitive, normal and combination skin.

Dehydrated skin can store and bind significantly less water. External influences such as UV rays, heat, cold, make-up, improper cleaning, salt and chlorinated water or even genetic predisposition contribute to the drying out of the skin. Due to the loss of water, the skin reddens and flakes, looks dull and brittle and feels uncomfortable. Fine dryness lines are often visible. In order to restore the natural water reserves, dehydrated combination skin requires very special care.

The Avène Hydrance UV-LIGHT Moisture Emulsion relieves feelings of tightness and provides the skin with long-lasting moisture. Active ingredients and mode of action
The included COHEDERM™ active ingredient complex, consisting of a lipid trio, provides the skin with intensive moisture and restores the naturally existing water reservoirs, which are enriched with Avène thermal water. The COHEDERM™ active ingredient complex ensures better cohesion between the epidermal cells, restoring the hydrolipidic film on the skin's surface. The skin is soothed in the long term and supplied with moisture intensively and for a long time. The proven SUNSITIVE® PROTECTION FILTER SYSTEM offers a high sun protection factor (SPF 30) and maximum skin tolerance. Together with Pro-Tocopherol® it has an anti-pollution effect and effectively protects the skin from harmful environmental influences such as UV rays, free radicals and pollution.

Application
Apply in the morning to the previously cleansed face, neck and décolleté. The moisturizing emulsion with SPF 30 is also ideal as a make-up base.

user studies
The effectiveness of Avène Hydrance UV-LIGHT Moisture Emulsion has been proven by internal user studies.

A hydration efficacy study was conducted in 22 subjects with dehydrated skin. The degree of hydration was measured in the subjects after 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h and 24h after an application and compared with an untreated standard.

The result:
The Hydrance UV-LIGHT Moisture Emulsion supplies the skin with moisture for 24 hours. A maximum hydration of +48% was measured after 1 hour.

A user satisfaction study was carried out with 123 test persons with dehydrated skin over 21 days in the morning and sometimes in the evening on the face, neck and décolleté with the Avène Hydrance UV light moisturizing emulsion.

The result:
95% of the subjects stated that the skin is moisturized.
98% of the subjects stated that their skin is protected from harmful environmental influences.

The product is great, absorbs very quickly and replaces my sunscreen

I used the previous product (with less SPF 20) for a long time and was satisfied. But this successor is much greasier and different than the old one. When using it, a lot of crumbs quickly form on the skin and I always have to remove these crumbs. That takes time. I can avoid applying make-up on this cream. The skin hardly becomes smooth and it forms strange layers. I will never buy this product again and disappointed with Avene.
